Ingredients
fortified wheat flour (calcium carbonate, iron ,niacin ,thiamin), dark brown sugar, eggs, vegetable fat (may contain milk), baking powder (contains wheat), black treacle (contains sulphites), ginger powder, cinnamon, all spice, golden syrup, ginger syrup, fudge (soya, milk)
Storage & Cooking
Keep your pudding in the fridge until date stated or pop in the freezer on the day of purchase.
To heat your Pud :-
Microwave - remove card sleeve & lid and place upside down on your dish - microwave for approx 2 mins.
Steam - Remove card sleeve, leaving the lid on place the pudding basin into a steamer for approx 20 mins. Remove lid carefully and tip out upside down.
Serve with your choice of cream, ice-cream or custard or of course enjoy it simply with its own juicy flavours.
