Created from a family recipe that was developed well over 50 years ago by owner Don Bridges Grandmother, who herself had been making puddings for her family for many Christmas Day celebrations. We are sure you will enjoy the lightness of the puddings, and the fruity Christmas flavours that come through in each mouthful.

Handmade

We begin making our Puddings in the Summer to ensure that they are well matured in time for your special day. Each and every pudding is handmade, hand mixed and slowly steamed. This ensures that we get the very best flavours from our quality ingredients. We then allow our puddings to mature at just the right room temperature to ensure that they reach your table on Christmas Day fully matured and bursting with flavour.
